One of Wales' ancient Christian sites, Llandaff Cathedral is Cardiff's Anglican Cathedral. Built in 1120, it is the seat of the Bishop of Llandaff and is notable for its Gothic and Norman architecture. Restored after bombing in World War II, it remains an important place of worship and heritage, as well as one of Cardiff's most popular concert venues. On Saturday 12 September, there will be a chance to explore the cathedral archives, join a guided tour, as well as a rare chance to take a tour of the Jasper Tower. Additionally, the cathedral organists will offer a demonstration of the cathedral's 2010 Nicholson organ, the largest new organ of its kind in the UK. Booking essential for the tower tours.
