METRIX is the UK’s most exciting new competition redefining the fitness space, fusing together high performance with the production and spectacle of world class nightclubs.
Teams of two move through five ten-minute stations – think ergs, shuttles, burpees and more – powered by pulsing DJ sets, club-like lighting, and next-level production. Beyond the floor, METRIX delivers a full-spectrum experience with recovery stations, leading fitness and wellness brands, food, drink, and an atmosphere that keeps the energy high all day long.
