DESCRIPTION:The church of St Odoceus lies in a dell reached through the gr
 ounds of The Old Rectory. The Friends of Friendless Churches rescued the c
 hurch in 2006 from a state of dereliction. Inside\, you'll see a 14th cent
 ury effigy\, supposedly of St Margaret Marlos\; a 6th century inscribed st
 one\; and a richly carved oak altar of 1882\, where you should be able to 
 spot lily of the valley\, rose of Sharon and a passion flower. St Odoceus'
